On our first visit, we give you a realistic appraisal for the rental value of the property we think the market would accept.
You meet with our leasing consultant, a member of our team dedicated to getting tenant applications and filling new rentals.
We fill out the required Form 6 with owner
Our leasing consultant will make recommendations to get your property ‘ready for renters’ to make sure it meets all requirements by law.
Our professional inhouse photography team visit the property and capture it in the best light for your marketing campaign.
This includes videography.
We start to advertise your rental property, by writing the ad copy and posting your photos to our eight major listing portals.
We streamline the inspection process by using the ‘Inspect Real Estate’ software platform to organise inspections of your property and send notifications.
Online applications are handled through the 2Apply Application software, making it fast and efficient.
We process all of the applications, and perform the necessary checking to make sure that the lease is a good fit. We check financial and personal references.
We offer a selection of the most ‘right-fit’ applications for your consideration, few tenants.
The tenant comes into our office for a meeting, where we sign the lease and take them through any quirks of the property. In this meeting, we also have the tenant install our Bricks and Agent application.
The tenant pays the rental bond and then is given the keys on the move in day, and we’re finished.
